民间版的游骑兵之路——斯巴达勇士赛

斯巴达比赛(Spartan Race),是全球顶级障碍赛跑,始于2005年,由七名疯狂的超级运动员和一名皇家海军创办。每年在全球25个国家举办180多场比赛。超酷,超炫,超好玩的赛事设计,已经吸引

斯巴达比赛(Spartan Race),是全球顶级障碍赛跑,始于2005年,由七名疯狂的超级运动员和一名皇家海军创办。

每年在全球25个国家举办180多场比赛。超酷,超炫,超好玩的赛事设计,已经吸引了超过800万人次的参与。

Spartan Race斯巴达勇士赛一共有三个级别,分别是:Spartan Race Sprint斯巴达勇士竞速赛、Spartan Race Super斯巴达勇士超级赛和Spartan Race Beast斯巴达勇士野兽赛。

今年率先进入中国的是竞速赛,是斯巴达勇士赛距离最短的项目。距离在6公里以上,沿途设置超过20项障碍。你可以按照自己的节奏来完成比赛。每当未能成功通过障碍时需要接受惩罚,你要做30个俯卧蹲起跳,然后才能继续比赛。

BARBED WIRE CRAWL ——俄尔普斯之禁

参赛须知(Racer Instructions)

在铁网下匍匐通过。(允许翻滚)

Crawl under the barbed wire. (Rolling IS allowed).

随身携带物品/水壶必须携带通过,不得丢弃。

Packs / bottles must go through the barbed wire obstacle.

失败判定(Failure Modes)

如果跳过此障碍或未携带随身物品一起通过障碍,则取消成绩。

Disqualification if they skip the obstacle, or do not carry their personal belongings through the obstacle.

除非障碍受到损坏无法从下方通过,才能从上方跨过。

Going over wire or cord that was designed to go under, unless obstacle has been damaged in a way to make it impractical to navigate otherwise.

这里无法用波比跳替代通过此障碍。

There is no option to do burpees instead of this obstacle.

一次投掷长矛的机会,必须插入人偶上(木制人偶或草人偶)。

One attempt to throw the spear and have it stick into the spearman (wood or hay).

长矛不能碰到地面。

The spear can not be touching the ground.

长矛未插入人偶或触碰到地面。

Spear does not stick into the spearman or it is touching the ground.

Climb the rope and ring the bell with your hand.

No mechanical devices are allowed to aid with climbing the rope.

部分赛事女性可以借助绳结,男性不允许。

Some races have knots for women, no knots for men.

只能使用手或者手臂通过。脚不能触碰地面或者杆子。

Swing from bar to bar using ONLY your arms/hands. Feet cannot touch the ground or the rungs.

参赛者不允许爬到障碍上方。精英组不允许帮助其他人。

Racers are not allowed on top of the obstacle. Elite racers are not allowed to help one another.

从第一根杆子出发时,脚可站立在地面(或有物品辅助站立),触碰到最后一根杆子即为完成。

Start standing on the starting bar (or provided stand) and finish by touching the final bar.

脚碰到地面。

Feet touching the ground.

脚碰到杆子或高于头。

Feet touching bars above head.

参赛须知(Racer Instructions)

使用悬挂的物件(吊环、杆子、绳子等)通过此障碍。

Cross the structure from start to finish using the hanging items (rings, bars, ropes, etc).

第一根杆子出发时,脚可站立在地面(或有物品辅助站立),触碰到最后一根杆子或铃铛则算完成。(除了独绳天梯,都可以使用脚碰铃铛)

Start standing on the starting bar (or provided stand) and finish by touching the final bar or bell. (We allow Kicking bell on every obstacle except rope climb.) 

保持在同一列通过!

Stay in one lane!

失败判定(Failure Modes)

掉落或无法通过此障碍。

Failure to cross the structure without falling to the ground.

使用除了悬挂物件(吊环、杆子、绳子等)其他物件通过障碍。

Using anything on the structure other than the hanging item(Rings, Pipes, Balls, Ropes, etc) .

用腿或脚协助通过障碍。

Using legs or feet to assist crossing the structure.

拉绳子将重物拉到最上方;

Pull the rope to raise the weight until the knot or weight reaches the top.

慢慢放下重物,直到重物放到地面。不允许直接松掉绳子,让重物落下;

Lower the weight slowly and under control, without releasing the rope, until weight reaches the ground. (no dropping the weight).

将脚放在栅栏低处或抵住栅栏来提供支撑;

Keep feet low on fence or against provided barrier! 

精英组或竞争对手不允许互相帮助。

Elite/Competitive racers are not allowed to help each other.

在指定的线路上搬运沙袋。

精英组参赛者可能会搬运多个袋子。

不敢或无法完成搬运沙袋。

Not willing or able to complete the route with the sandbag.

Damaging or destroying the sand bag.

取消成绩

Disqualification.

破坏沙袋会要求重新完成障碍或取消成绩。

Damaging or destroying the sandbag requires repeat of obstacle or disqualification.

Bucket Brigade——神庙基石

参赛须知(Racer Instructions)

在桶内装入定量的碎石,在规定的路线上搬运石桶。

Fill the bucket with gravel from the “bin” to a point above the holes or marked section in the bucket, and carrythe bucket along the prescribed route.

必须完成整条线路。

It is mandatory to complete the entire route.

返回时桶必须装满碎石,所以洞可以被石头填满。

The bucket must return filled so that all holes are covered with gravel.

建议装满桶,也允许石头溢出桶。

It is advised to overfill the bucket to allow for settling.

不能使用肩膀、脖子、头进行搬运。这会造成严重的伤害所以不允许。

Do not carry the bucket on or above your shoulders (e.g. neck or head). This can cause a serious injury and is not permitted.

返回时桶内碎石低于最低标准会要求参赛人重新完成障碍。

Buckets returned with a significantly low level of contents require the racer to complete the obstacle again.

工作人员/志愿者开始时不会检查你的桶,直到完成时决定是否通过时会检查。

Staff/volunteers are not responsible for checking your buckets when you start the carry, only when you return to make a fail/no-fail decision.

女性会装少一点碎石(一般桶的颜色会不同)

Yes, women fill buckets less (generally buckets are a different color).

没有带回装够碎石的桶到指定地点。

Not returning the bucket full to the specified line.

用肩膀、脖子、头搬运。

Carrying the bucket on shoulders, neck, or head.

没有把桶内石头倒出到堆放地。

Not emptying the bucket into the bin.

重新完成障碍,未完成则取消比赛资格。

Mandatory to complete race, disqualification if not completed.

未带回足够多的碎石,则重新完成障碍。

Returning with the bucket filled with rocks below the line of holes = Athlete must repeat obstacle.

Open Heat: Unwilling or unable to complete the obstacle

环绕而过取消比赛成绩。如果由于无意或被拥挤而环绕而过,可以返回重新完成障碍。

Disqualification for “skirting”, Elite/Competitive Heat racer may backtrack and re-enter the obstacle properly if skirting was unintentional, or forced by congestion.

只利用扶手通过墙并摇响铃铛。

Navigate the wall using only the handholds and ring the bell.

参赛者不允许使用墙体上沿和踩到地面。

Racers are not allowed to use the top of the wall or the ground.

精英组不允许互相帮助。

As in all obstacles, Elite racers are NOT allowed to help each other.

开始前参赛者允许使用结构和上沿来就位。起点的扶手木块必须被使用。

Athletes are allowed to use the structure and top to position themselves on the beginning of the obstacle. The first hand block and the first foot block must be used when starting the traverse.

一旦手脚的四个木块都被接触了,参赛者被默认为开始,并不能更改或重新开始。

Once 4 points of contact are on the wall hand/foot-holds, the Athlete is considered “committed” and can NOT reset or restart.
