3 MILITARY HUMANITARIAN DAILY RATIONS, HDR.  They are sealed and unopened.  Inspection test 12/06. You get Menus #2, #3, & #4.  HDRs are made to provide a full day's nutrition where you need 3 MREs to accomplish the same.  They were made to feed soldiers and large populations that are in need of food.  They contain no animal products or by-products.  That way they are acceptable to consumers with religious and dietary restrictions.  Minimul dairy products are premitted.  Alcohol and alcohol ingredients are also banned.  They are sealed in bag and packaged similar to a MRE but the similarity stops there.  Broken down to 10-13& protien, 27-30% fat, and no less than 60% carbohydrates.  A spoon and a non-alcohol moist towel are the only two things not eatable in bag. Each HDR contains 2200 calories.  These entrees can be eaten cold but are more desireable when heated.  They can be put in a pot of hot water or in a pot for heating over flame.  They are  packaged to withstand extreme enviromental conditions and to allow drops when necessary.  HDRs originally were identified by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency-Humanitarian Asssistance / Demining Activities for feeding large populations under emergency conditions.  The meal bag is salmon in color.   They used to be yellow in color but they were afraid that soldiers and refugees would not pick up in field due to same color as bomb. 
这三包ＨＤＲ是０６年１２月检验的，是菜单２、３和４。ＨＤＲ可以提供和３包ＭＲＥＳ相同的全天需要的营养。ＨＤＲ用来“养活”士兵或者大量需要食物的人群的。（ｆｅｅｄ。总觉得翻译成养活比较贴切，把士兵和大量需要食物的人群等同起来，看来士兵的地位也就那么回事啊。）ＨＤＲ没有动物产品也没有动物副产品（说白了没肉没蛋没动物油，全是地下种出来的东西），那些有忌口或者宗教信仰问题的人群会接受ＨＤＲ．每日的最低生存需要可以被满足。禁用了酒精或者酒精原料（酒糟之类的能用来酿酒的东西么？）外包装很类似ｍｒｅｓ但是相似处仅仅是这个而已。每包ＨＤＲ至少有１０～１３％的蛋白质，大于６０％的碳水化合物。只有汤匙和无酒精的湿毛巾不包括在包装中。每包ＨＤＲ包含了２２００大卡热量。主菜可以冷食但是热过之后可能会更“容易接受”（more desireable ）　ＨＤＲ可以被放在水盆里面隔火加热。外包装可以可以经受住严苛环境的考验并且可以在必要的时候空投。ＨＤＲ最初是由the Defense Security Cooperation Agency-Humanitarian Asssistance / Demining Activities （一个机构名称。安全防卫协作会－人道主义和人道救援）为了在紧急状况下养活大量人口而确定的产品。包装袋是浅黄色。它们本来想用黄色的，但是怕士兵或者难民在战场上捡错，因为颜色和炸弹一样。。　
EACH RATION MENU IS RAMDOMLY PICKED FROM A, B, OR C. YOU CAN'T TELL WHICH RATIONS ARE  IN PACKAGE UNTIL OPENED.  YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ALL THREE.  YOU WILL RECEIVE 3 HDRS BUT THEY WILL NOT CONSIST ALL OF A, B, & C, JUST CERTAIN ITEMS CHOSEN FROM EACH.  YOU WILL RECEIVE 24 HRS OF RATIONS IN ONE PACK.
每三个ＨＤＲ是随机抽取的，你在打开包装之前不会知道里面是什么。所以有可能收到相同的菜单。（到底是商家不负责还是包装本身就没啥标示？）

菜单２（Ａ）豆子沙拉，豆子配米饭，硬饼干，花生酱，葡萄干，Flat Bread（一种用没发酵的面团做的薄饼，最早出现可以追随到古埃及。。就是很普通的薄面饼），草莓酱，苹果条（怀疑是脱水水果棒），附件包。（Ｂ）麦粥，番茄汁炖豆子（西方很常见的汤菜，可以说是廉价中的廉价，竟然有人喜欢吃。），蔬菜饼干，果酱，花生酱，水果条，小曲奇脆饼，小水果点心，附件包。（Ｃ）红豆配米饭（不一定就是我们说的红豆，西方还有中红色的大甜豆），黄米饭，饼干（两片ｍｒｅ中的硬饼干），蔬菜饼干（两包），水果条（两盎司），花生酱，草莓酱，小水果点心（两包），小脆饼一条，附件包。
